Saturday & Sunday, February 26th & 27th, 2011. WARWICK, NY: COLLAGE TECHNIQUES & CREATIVE EXPLORATION 2011 / Come to Warwick, NY for this 2-day weekend workshop in the artist’s studio. Enjoy new opportunities for spontaneity as you learn how to eliminate liquid adhesives from the collage-assembly process. Other subjects to be covered include “Getting Started,” Accessing our Creative Energies, “Paperless” Transfer of Printed and Photocopied Images, Preserving Found Materials, Preparation of Substrates, Sources of Tools and Materials, Presentation and Framing of Finished Works, and more (this workshop’s specific goals will be determined by the participants at the beginning of the workshop).
